This is a temporary, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Ivyland, PA. The Financial Controller will oversee daily financial operations, prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and collaborating with management to support strategic financial planning. The role also includes maintaining accurate accounting records and leading audits, as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices, with attention to detail
- Advanced Analytical Skills and proven experience in financial data analysis and problem-solving
- Background in Finance, with knowledge of budget planning and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaborative abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, event management, or similar industries is highly desirable
