š Hiring: SmartCOMM Development Lead
š Location: Flexible (Remote ā CST Hours)
ā³ Duration: 4+ Months
We are seeking a highly experienced SmartCOMM Development Lead to drive complex CCM implementations and lead technical delivery across critical release cycles.
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Hands-on SmartCOMM development (templates, shared content, XPath, business rules)
ā¢ Lead onshore technical delivery during go-live and stabilization
ā¢ Perform impact analysis across large template inventories
ā¢ Drive end-to-end delivery (design, build, testing, deployment readiness)
ā¢ Review offshore deliverables and ensure quality standards
š¹ Required Skills:
ā¢ 8ā10+ years of SmartCOMM experience
ā¢ Strong expertise in template configuration, rules, and debugging
ā¢ Integration experience with JSON/XML and core systems (Guidewire/Mainframe)
ā¢ Experience in CCM migration and modernization projects
š¹ Nice to Have:
ā¢ Insurance domain (P&C/Life)
ā¢ SmartCOMM Cloud / PureCloud exposure
ā¢ Python-based integration services
