What You'll Do
- Ship AI agents: RAG, orchestration, tool calling, evals, observability
- Integrate across model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex, open-source) with cost/latency/accuracy tradeoffs
- Build cloud-native backends: microservices, containers, CI/CD, IaC
- Deploy, monitor, debug, optimize in production
Must Have
- 8+ years software engineering
- Production AI/LLM systems shipped (agents, RAG, orchestration)
- Strong Python or Java
- Cloud-native: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, observability
- Hands-on with at least one major AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex)
Nice to Have
- Agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Multi-agent / distributed AI systems
- Enterprise integration experience
