Position Summary The Senior Director of Retail Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, revenue, and market share across wholesale and retail channels. This individual will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver compelling consumer experiences across physical and digital retail environments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience in retail marketing, experiential marketing, or wholesale marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven experience leading strategy for and execution of retail and wholesale marketing including but not limited to store openings, regional expansion, physical activations, and digital messaging
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
Highly strategic with the ability to also execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
