Chief Executive Advisor Reports to: CEO / Board of Directors Position Summary The Chief Executive Advisor serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team. This role provides high-level counsel on corporate strategy, organizational development, major business decisions, and external stakeholder engagement. The Advisor leverages deep industry experience and executive judgment to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice and independent perspectives to the CEO and Board on critical business initiatives and long-term planning
Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, transformation programs, and major investments
Act as a sounding board for executive decision-making on complex or high-risk matters
Advise on organizational structure, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning
Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions as needed
Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and strategic partners
Represent the company externally when required, enhancing corporate reputation and influence
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and policy developments to inform executive decisions
Qualifications
Extensive senior executive experience (CEO, President, Partner, or equivalent)
Proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, or organizational transformation
Strong understanding of corporate governance and board-level decision-making
Exceptional strategic thinking, judgment, and communication skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Preferred Experience
Experience advising CEOs or Boards in a complex or multinational environment
