**Role Description **

This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Account Manager. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving product adoption. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering technical expertise while addressing customer needs. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring high-quality customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Qualifications **

- 5+ years outside sales expertise in telecommunications, including experience in customer relationship development, business development, and meeting sales goals

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication proficiencies

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Proven track record in the wireless or data center industries is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time, as required for client meetings and industry events
