What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and policy changes
Support policyholders by making recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Utilize decision-making skills to address consumer concerns while adhering to guidelines
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Customer service and/or sales experience
College degree preferred but not required
