What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
  • Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and policy changes
  • Support policyholders by making recommendations and adjusting as necessary
  • Utilize decision-making skills to address consumer concerns while adhering to guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
