What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a patient advocate to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
  • Verify and process orders for CPAP resupply, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
  • Provide basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients
  • Manage high volume inbound calls for initial intake and follow-up communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic computer and internet skills, along with a typing test
  • Background check and drug screening (when applicable)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (when applicable)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with medical equipment and billing practices
  • One year of related work experience in a medical or administrative role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (Medicare, Medicaid)
  • Strong mathematical and communication skills
