What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage patient scheduling for radiology appointments and obtain necessary insurance information
- Answer multi-line phone calls for multiple locations and handle incoming faxes
- Send out medical records as required
- Exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with insurance processes and medical record management
- Strong technical skills in using scheduling software
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools in radiology
