Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
- Strong competencies in Finance and Analytical Skills for decision-making and strategic financial management
- Proven experience in managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of strategic financial operations and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
