**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee and manage the financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting

- Strong competencies in Finance and Analytical Skills for decision-making and strategic financial management

- Proven experience in managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Advanced understanding of strategic financial operations and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
