Role Description Ready Set Grow Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs
Assessing motor, sensory, social-emotional, and functional skills
Providing play-based occupational therapy interventions in natural environments
Collaborating with families and caregivers to develop home programs and support carryover
Maintaining timely and comprehensive documentation
Collaborating with educators, BCBAs, and other interdisciplinary professionals to support coordinated care

Qualifications
Proficiency in pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Knowledge of child development, sensory processing, motor development, and pediatric rehabilitation approaches
Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to compassionate, child-centered, and relationship-based care
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required
Current Texas OT license or eligibility for Texas licensure
