**Role Description **

Ready Set Grow Therapy is seeking a **full-time Occupational Therapist ** to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities include:

- Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs

- Assessing motor, sensory, social-emotional, and functional skills

- Providing play-based occupational therapy interventions in natural environments

- Collaborating with families and caregivers to develop home programs and support carryover

- Maintaining timely and comprehensive documentation

- Collaborating with educators, BCBAs, and other interdisciplinary professionals to support coordinated care

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning

- Knowledge of child development, sensory processing, motor development, and pediatric rehabilitation approaches

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

- Commitment to compassionate, child-centered, and relationship-based care

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required

- Current Texas OT license or eligibility for Texas licensure

- Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred

- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel within the service area
