**Join the Pack: Social Media Coordinator **

The Rayne marketing team is growing! We’re looking for an innovative, curious, and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join the pack (or colony–we see you, cat people!). In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to own and establish our social presence and digital identity.

Key responsibilities include content ideation, creation, and scheduling; copywriting; community management; and facilitating influencer relationships and giveaways. As this is a first-time role at Rayne (!!!!!), the ideal candidate is eager to build our channels from the ground up and tell our brand story. Our Social Media Coordinator should be a creative thinker with strong visual instincts, a team-oriented mentality, and possess an "always-online" fluency in internet culture—all intersecting with a deep passion for pet health.

**How You’ll Make An Impact **

- **Content Creation: ** Ideate, develop, and execute original content for social media; source and curate user generated content; write engaging, brand-aligned copy for US and Canadian channels; and produce ad hoc content responding to real-time industry trends.

- **Scheduling: ** Own and manage the social media calendar to ensure a consistent posting cadence across all platforms (instagram, threads, linkedin, facebook, reddit)

- **Influencer Outreach: ** Identify and vet potential brand ambassadors and partners; manage the end-to-end process for product gifting and shipping; and assist in developing script outlines and partner-specific creative briefs.

- **Community Management: ** Build and foster the Rayne community by managing DMs and comments; engage proactively with followers and tagged content; and facilitate brand giveaways.

- **Data Literacy: **Track and analyze engagement and post performance; provide comprehensive monthly reports; and identify opportunities for growth on new or emerging channels.

**Additional Responsibilities **

- Occasional event support and photography

- Some graphic creation for social channels

- Create blog content in partnership with the Digital Marketing Coordinator.

- Identify and coordinate potential philanthropy partners and opportunities
