Qualifications
- Experience in Home Care and providing personal care for clients
- Proficiency in supporting Activities of Daily Living, including hygiene and mobility assistance
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with client, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate attitude and ability to provide patient-focused care with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a home care setting
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a care team
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant) is preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health services is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations, if required
