**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Pembroke, NC. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The role involves ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients by offering physical assistance, emotional support, and companionship. Additional responsibilities may include basic housekeeping, preparing meals, and reporting any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate care team. The Home Health Aide will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment for clients.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in Home Care and providing personal care for clients

- Proficiency in supporting Activities of Daily Living, including hygiene and mobility assistance

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with client, families, and healthcare professionals

- Compassionate attitude and ability to provide patient-focused care with attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a home care setting

- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a care team

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant) is preferred

- Previous experience in caregiving or home health services is a plus

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations, if required
