About Premier Pads Premier Pads is a fast-growing luxury short-term rental management company focused on delivering exceptional homeowner and guest experiences across multiple markets. We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager to fully own a portfolio of luxury properties and ensure every home consistently meets our operational and quality standards. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be in the field, solving problems in real time, leading operational execution, maintaining luxury-level standards, coordinating teams, and ensuring every property is showcase-ready. Oversee daily turnover operations to ensure homes are guest-ready on time
Conduct detailed property inspections and maintain luxury quality standards
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and contractors
Troubleshoot operational issues in real time
Forecast operational needs and schedule tasks proactively
Respond quickly to emergencies and guest issues
Property Oversight
Maintain full ownership of overall property condition
Ensure all electronics, appliances, amenities, and home systems function properly
Conduct arrival and departure inspections
Create and manage punch lists for operational improvements
Oversee seasonal maintenance and preventative upkeep
New Property Onboarding
Lead onboarding of new homes into the management program
Coordinate deliveries, staging, assembly tasks, and setup logistics
Ensure onboarding deadlines are completed on time
Work alongside Owner Relations during onboarding process
Owner Relations
Serve as secondary escalation contact for homeowners
Proactively address owner concerns and feedback
Coordinate between homeowners and internal teams
Protect homeowner satisfaction and retention
Sales Contribution (Commission Opportunity)
Support portfolio growth through onboarding new homes
Marketing and lead generation are provided by the company
Earn commission for every signed home successfully onboarded

Operations, hospitality, property management, hotel, logistics, or field management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation
$4,000/month base salary
