We have a variety of finishing operations to get your parts looking just the way you want.  They include Powder Coating, Painting, Tumbling, Polishing, Bead Blasting and Engraving.  We also have sources for zinc plating and galvanizing.

**Role Description **

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montgomery, AL, for a Customer Service Representative / Order Entry professional. The role involves ensuring excellent customer support by handling inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders accurately, and resolving any issues promptly. Daily tasks include entering and managing orders, responding to customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

**Qualifications **

- Prior experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Satisfaction roles

- Strong focus on Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer engagement

- Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and management

- Proficiency with office software and order management systems

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment

- Experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment is a plus
