Sr. Security Engineer (CrowdStrike) - Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (FTE/Direct-hire)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial technology organization, is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their growing security engineering team in Atlanta, GA.
This role is ideal for a hands-on security engineer with deep experience across the CrowdStrike ecosystem who enjoys owning, tuning, and expanding enterprise security platforms in a highly collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role (3X per week) based in the North Atlanta / Dunwoody area.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer, configure, and optimize CrowdStrike technologies across the enterprise
- Support ongoing security engineering initiatives and platform improvements
- Assist with identity security projects including FIDO2/YubiKey rollout efforts
- Fine-tune detections, policies, and endpoint protections
- Support CrowdStrike SIEM, EDR, Identity Protection, and related modules
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and security teams on enterprise security initiatives
- Help expand and mature the organization’s CrowdStrike footprint
What They’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon
- Experience administering and configuring enterprise security platforms
- Exposure to multiple CrowdStrike modules is highly preferred
- Background in security engineering, endpoint security, or platform engineering
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to ongoing security projects
