Product Manager (Marketing / Campaign):
Hybrid - Orlando, FL
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and digital experience organization, is seeking a Product Manager – Marketing / Campaign to support high-impact, top-of-funnel digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data , owning the digital journey for campaign-driven experiences including landing pages, homepage content, and paid media entry points. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, conversion, and user experience optimization through experimentation and data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and optimize top-of-funnel digital experiences (landing pages, homepage, campaign entry points)
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategy to improve conversion and engagement
  • Analyze performance data and build dashboards to measure success and inform decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics teams
  • Translate campaign goals into product requirements and user stories
  • Continuously improve the guest/user journey through insights and testing

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, or Marketing/Product hybrid roles
  • Strong understanding of CMS workflows and how digital experiences are built
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and define success metrics
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Target, Content Square, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital user behavior

Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2C / consumer-facing digital products
  • Background in hospitality, entertainment, or e-commerce
  • Experience working in marketing-driven product environments
  • Prior experience with CMS platforms (AEM, Contentful, etc.)
