Optomi, in partnership with a leading full-service financial provider, is seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong treasury and commercial banking experience to support a portfolio of business-critical initiatives. This role is ideal for BAs who excel at requirements gathering, vendor coordination, process documentation, and User Acceptance Testing within complex financial services environments. We’re looking for candidates who can partner closely with business stakeholders, identify gaps, challenge unclear requirements, and help drive successful project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing efforts
Develop test cases and support business-user validation
Create and maintain process and procedural documentation
Support implementation readiness, validation, and rollout activities
Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Required Experience
Business Analyst experience within treasury, commercial banking, or financial services
Strong background in:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Vendor coordination
User story development
UAT leadership and test case creation
Process and workflow documentation
Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
Treasury products and services
ACH / NACHA
Billing platforms
Commercial banking operations
Financial services vendor integrations
