Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy provider, is looking for a Business Analyst IT II. The Business Analyst IT II will be responsible for the lifecycle of reporting, from gathering requirements to developing SQL and providing ongoing support. This role involves IT business consulting activities, serving as the primary interface between business groups and IT. The analyst must understand the work processes of the assigned business group and provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or 4 years of related business experience.

- Manage the lifecycle of reporting from requirements gathering to SQL development and support.
- Serve as the primary IT interface for business groups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
