Bilingual Recruiter
Onsite | South Omaha | Full-Time
I’m currently partnering with a growing staffing and workforce solutions business looking to appoint a Bilingual Recruiter to join their busy South Omaha office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career within recruitment, staffing and employee relations.
The role will focus on supporting industrial and warehouse recruitment operations, helping connect candidates with new opportunities while supporting clients and employees throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates for industrial and warehouse positions
• Managing candidate onboarding and orientation processes
• Supporting applicant screening and placement activities
• Maintaining communication with employees and client accounts
• Assisting with employee relations and daily office operations
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Completing hiring paperwork and administrative tasks
• Supporting a fast-paced staffing environment with multiple priorities
What they’re looking for:
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous recruitment, staffing or office experience beneficial
• Ability to multitask within a fast-moving environment
• Strong organisational and communication capability
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer and data entry skills
