Financial Analyst II – Revenue Cycle

I’m currently partnering with a large healthcare organisation looking to appoint a Financial Analyst to join their regional finance and reporting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who enjoys working with operational and financial data to support business performance, strategic decision-making and financial planning within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The role will focus on supporting regional financial management through routine and ad hoc reporting, business analysis and operational performance monitoring across multiple service lines.
Key responsibilities include:
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting
• Supporting analysis of service line utilisation, profitability, cost and business performance
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial analysis activities
• Supporting monthly reporting packs and financial statement preparation
• Analysing operational and financial data to support management decision-making
• Supporting development and improvement of financial and operational reporting systems
• Working with financial and clinical information systems across the organisation
• Supporting regional initiatives and wider finance team projects as required
What they’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience within financial analysis, reporting or operational finance beneficial
• Strong Excel and reporting capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
