In this role, you will be responsible for selling, and coordinating shore excursions for cruise passengers to ensure enriching and enjoyable onshore experiences. You will assist guests with inquiries, provide detailed knowledge about excursion offerings, and ensure smooth operational execution in collaboration with local partners. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in customer service and guest relations, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple excursions and ensure smooth operations
Knowledge of tourism or travel-related activities, preferably in Caribbean
Proficiency in managing bookings, schedules, and reports efficiently
Fluency in English is required
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred
Previous experience working in the cruise, travel, or tourism industry is an advantage
