About the role

Marketing Coordinator Nurse Life Coach Academy (NLCA)
Company Overview
Nurse Life Coach Academy (NLCA) is a leading online education and certification company dedicated to helping registered nurses transition into impactful, purpose-driven coaching careers. We train nurses to become board-certified nurse coaches and equip them with the skills, confidence, and business strategies to build successful private practices or bring coaching into healthcare organizations.
Founded by experienced nurse coaches and entrepreneurs, NLCA was created to bridge the gap between traditional nursing and the rapidly growing coaching industry. Our programs combine evidence-based coaching methodologies, leadership development, and real-world business training—so graduates don’t just learn how to coach, but how to create meaningful, income-generating careers.
Our mission is to transform healthcare from the inside out by developing nurse leaders who improve patient outcomes, support staff well-being, and elevate the standard of care.
At NLCA, we are more than a certification program—we are a movement of nurses redefining what’s possible in their careers and in healthcare.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical execution role in ensuring all marketing initiatives at Nurse Life Coach Academy run smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. You will translate high-level marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to bring campaigns to life.
In addition to campaign execution, this role is a key driver of our organic content engine —supporting the creation, organization, and distribution of high-performing content across platforms. You will help turn ideas, recordings, and raw assets into engaging social content (reels, carousels, posts, emails, and short-form video) that builds brand authority, connection, and consistency.
You will own the day-to-day operations of the marketing engine—managing timelines, maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating content production, setting up campaign assets, and ensuring all systems (CRM, tracking, funnels) are properly configured and error-free.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining systems, execution, and creative output .
Core Responsibilities 1. Campaign & Marketing Operations
  • Translate marketing strategies into detailed project plans (tasks, timelines, ownership)
  • Coordinate execution across internal team members and external vendors (ads, email, content, design)
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, promotions, content)
  • Set up and execute two monthly masterclasses (Kajabi, HubSpot, Salesmsg)
  • Conduct QA on funnels, landing pages, forms, and email sequences before launch
  • Ensure accurate tracking across platforms (HubSpot, Hyros, Meta, UTMs, tags, audiences)
  • Monitor performance and deliver weekly reports (leads, CPL, booked calls, show rate, insights)
  • Identify and resolve execution gaps or inefficiencies
  • Improve systems and workflows for scalability

2. Organic Content Execution & Creative Support
  • Execute a consistent organic content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email
  • Create and/or coordinate production of:
  • Carousels
  • Reels / short-form video
  • Static posts and graphics
  • Story content
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, trainings, workshops, live calls) into multiple short-form assets
  • Organize and maintain a centralized content library (raw footage, testimonials, screenshots, brand assets)
  • Draft, format, and schedule content using tools like Planable
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and current campaigns
  • Track basic organic performance and identify top-performing content themes

Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, organization, and bringing structure to fast-moving marketing initiatives—while also enjoying the creative side of content.
You take pride in turning ideas into action and ensuring every detail is handled—from timelines and systems to content creation and distribution.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Are highly detail-oriented and catch errors before they become problems
  • Enjoy managing projects, timelines, and checklists
  • Have experience creating or coordinating social content (reels, carousels, posts)
  • Can repurpose long-form content into short-form assets
  • Are comfortable with CRMs, email platforms, and scheduling tools
  • Take ownership and follow through without constant oversight
  • Communicate clearly across teams and vendors
  • Enjoy both execution and content creation/organization
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Required Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or content marketing
  • Experience in online education, coaching, or digital programs (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Familiarity with content repurposing workflows and scheduling tools
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Kajabi, Meta Ads (or similar)
