**Role Overview **

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical execution role in ensuring all marketing initiatives at Nurse Life Coach Academy run smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. You will translate high-level marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to bring campaigns to life.

In addition to campaign execution, this role is a key driver of our **organic content engine **—supporting the creation, organization, and distribution of high-performing content across platforms. You will help turn ideas, recordings, and raw assets into engaging social content (reels, carousels, posts, emails, and short-form video) that builds brand authority, connection, and consistency.

You will own the day-to-day operations of the marketing engine—managing timelines, maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating content production, setting up campaign assets, and ensuring all systems (CRM, tracking, funnels) are properly configured and error-free.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining **systems, execution, and creative output **.

**Core Responsibilities ****1. Campaign & Marketing Operations **

- Translate marketing strategies into detailed project plans (tasks, timelines, ownership)

- Coordinate execution across internal team members and external vendors (ads, email, content, design)

- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, promotions, content)

- Set up and execute two monthly masterclasses (Kajabi, HubSpot, Salesmsg)

- Conduct QA on funnels, landing pages, forms, and email sequences before launch

- Ensure accurate tracking across platforms (HubSpot, Hyros, Meta, UTMs, tags, audiences)

- Monitor performance and deliver weekly reports (leads, CPL, booked calls, show rate, insights)

- Identify and resolve execution gaps or inefficiencies

- Improve systems and workflows for scalability

**2. Organic Content Execution & Creative Support **

- Execute a consistent organic content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email

- Create and/or coordinate production of:

- Carousels

- Reels / short-form video

- Static posts and graphics

- Story content

- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, trainings, workshops, live calls) into multiple short-form assets

- Organize and maintain a centralized content library (raw footage, testimonials, screenshots, brand assets)

- Draft, format, and schedule content using tools like Planable

- Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content

- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and current campaigns

- Track basic organic performance and identify top-performing content themes

**Required Experience & Skills **

- 2+ years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or content marketing

- Experience in online education, coaching, or digital programs (preferred)

- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Experience creating or coordinating organic content (reels, carousels, short-form video)

- Familiarity with content repurposing workflows and scheduling tools

- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Kajabi, Meta Ads (or similar)

- Experience QA’ing funnels, landing pages, and email sequences

- Understanding of tracking (UTMs, tagging, segmentation, data accuracy)

- Proficiency with ClickUp, Slack, Planable, or similar tools

- Ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The specialty of Nurse Coaching is still in the early adopter phase, and we want to certify 12,000 nurses in the next three to four years, and open our B2B division supporting staff retention through nurse coach departments.

Nurse Life Coach Academy certifies nurses as nurse coaches, helping them build private practices where they can actually care for people the way they always wanted to. We've tripled revenue in the last few months. We have 3,000–4,000 leads coming in every month and growing ad spend across Meta and Google.

What we need now is the person who turns that into a predictable, scalable demand engine — all the way to $10M ARR and beyond.

What you'll ownYou are the single point of accountability for the marketing-driven pipeline — from first impression to enrolled student.

- Paid and organic demand generation — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email/SMS, organic social

- Full-funnel conversion: opt-in → booked call → show → enrollment

- Vendor accountability — media buyer, organic social, LinkedIn agency

- Single-source attribution dashboard in HubSpot and Hyros

- Weekly growth operating rhythm with Sales and RevOps

What success looks like in year one

- Qualified booked calls up 50%+ at equal or better CAC

- Show rate at 65%+ from a documented baseline

- Blended ROAS sustained above 5.0x

- Full audit, dashboard, and vendor consolidation plan delivered in 30 days

- Weekly testing cadence running — creative, landing pages, audiences

Who you are

- 5+ years in performance marketing or demand gen — at least 3 owning pipeline for high-ticket ($3k+), call-based offers

- Proven track record helping a company scale from mid-7 to 8 figures through paid acquisition

- Deep Meta ads expertise — you challenge your media buyer on strategy, not just read their reports

- Fluent in CAC, LTV, payback period, and conversion rates at every funnel stage

- Experience in a setter/closer model — you know how to move show and close rates through marketing

- Ships weekly. High bias for action. Thrives with real ownership.

Compensation

- **Base salary: ** $120,000 – $140,000
