Role: IT Business Analyst
Location: USA
Experience: • 2-3 years of experience in IT systems, Business Analysis, or a related area.
Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science/Management
Key responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Conduct analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
2. Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities to improve system processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using Newgen products and offerings.
• Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
• Demonstrate new features to end users.
3. Documentation: • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirement Documents, user guides and process flow diagrams.
• Create Functional test cases and ensure system is running as per QA guidelines.
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with IT developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business goals.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and system issues.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
