Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked both in agency and corporate environments. A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Experience in high-volume recruiting is highly desirable, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the capability to analyze data and present insights that support recruitment decisions. The candidate should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles within Services and other critical functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities by leveraging technology, refining processes, and fostering effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting practices, employing a consultative and customer-focused approach to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to a collaborative Talent Acquisition and HR team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting team initiatives.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and ethical conduct in all recruitment activities, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
