Willingness to spend time on active job sites, travel within the region, and work occasional extended hours are also required.

The role involves attending site meetings, coordinating subcontractor activities, tracking deliverables, and supporting field operations to meet project objectives. You will support procurement efforts by reviewing proposals, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of long-lead items and equipment. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as daily logs, meeting minutes, safety reports, and submittal logs is vital for project transparency and accountability. Additionally, you will assist in risk management by identifying potential issues, recommending mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. The role encourages continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and sharing lessons learned to optimize workflows and project outcomes.
