About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team in Pembroke, NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing TIG and MIG welding on large stainless steel industrial equipment, primarily working with thin gauge metals such as 16 gauge stainless steel. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that welds meet both structural and aesthetic standards, especially for equipment that is inspected by USDA standards. Qualifications

A minimum of three years of experience in TIG and MIG welding, specifically with stainless steel, is required. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise working with thin gauge metals such as 16 gauge stainless steel. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to produce cosmetically and structurally sound welds are essential. Experience working within the food or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred, as it ensures familiarity with industry standards and sanitation requirements.
