About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our manufacturing team in Pembroke, NH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TIG and MIG welding, particularly on stainless steel components used in food processing equipment. This position plays a crucial role in fabricating and assembling high-quality, sanitary, and durable equipment that adheres to strict industry standards, including USDA requirements. The Welder will collaborate closely with the fabrication and assembly teams to ensure all products meet both structural integrity and aesthetic standards. Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training being a plus. A minimum of three years of TIG and MIG welding experience, particularly with stainless steel, is required. Experience working with thin gauge metals, such as 16 gauge stainless steel, is highly preferred. Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and drawings, demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, especially regarding cosmetic weld quality. Prior experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, as it provides familiarity with industry-specific standards and sanitation requirements. Candidates should also have a proven ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team environment.
