About The Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Change Management Contractor to join our team remotely, supporting critical marketing projects through effective change initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing the human side of organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and behaviors across the organization. As a change management expert, you will lead efforts to minimize employee resistance and accelerate the integration of new strategies, ultimately enabling our teams to deliver extraordinary results for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering strategic consulting services, employing best-in-class change management practices aligned with business objectives. You will also play a key role in enhancing the organization’s overall change capability by contributing to multiple projects and collaborating with external partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Organizational Change, complemented by an MBA or equivalent experience. Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within complex, cross-functional environments is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of impact analysis, readiness assessments, and change communication strategies is required. Familiarity with KPI development and success measurement frameworks will be advantageous. Additionally, candidates must be located in the Austin, TX, Westlake, TX, or Omaha, NE area for onsite meetings, although the role is primarily remote.
Responsibilities
Leading change management efforts for organization-wide, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new processes and strategies.
Developing comprehensive change management strategies that include impact analysis, stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and sponsor roadmaps to guide and support employees through transitions.
Driving the design, development, and delivery of effective change communications and training programs to facilitate understanding and engagement across teams.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with project team members, centers of excellence, stakeholders, and leadership to influence change efforts and achieve targeted business outcomes.
Identifying key performance indicators and success metrics to monitor progress and ensure sustainable change adoption.
Driving process improvements and scaling initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and support transformative change within the organization.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to embed change management practices into existing workflows, promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
