Qualifications Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law. A strong ability to influence leadership and drive HR initiatives that support business goals is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, which can be obtained post-hire.
