About The Role The HR Coordinator position at Redwood Family Care Network is a vital role responsible for supporting the organization’s human resources functions within the Everett Office. This full-time role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and training activities to ensure smooth HR operations. The HR Coordinator acts as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and training programs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of relevant HR experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in HRIS systems such as Ceridian Dayforce and Relias. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Candidates must have a solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards applicable in the United States. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build effective relationships with staff and leadership. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is critical. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working at a desk for extended periods and capable of lifting up to 25 pounds when necessary. Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for the assigned region, including coordinating orientation sessions and completing HR documentation such as Form I-9 and background checks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel, training, and digital files, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards through regular audits.
Monitor certification and training requirements, following up with supervisors to ensure timely completion of mandatory training and certifications.
Manage compliance tracking systems such as Relias, Washington Training Tracker, and HR Compliance Tracker, providing regular updates and reports.
Support employee verification requests and respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering excellent customer service.
Assist with disciplinary procedures and conduct exit interviews, preparing summaries for management review.
Coordinate and support training initiatives, including scheduling, reporting, and assisting supervisors with policy implementation.
Oversee clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and filing, ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Collaborate with various departments to address HR, operational, and training needs, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall HR and organizational goals.
