About The Role

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building production backend or distributed systems, with a focus on AI or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and modern systems programming languages.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML models, especially LLMs, and their deployment challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, cost management, and latency reduction for AI services.
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and debugging complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and LLM-based systems that meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain agentic workflows, tools, and integrations to support AI applications.
- Develop robust backend services using Python and other modern programming languages, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Optimize AI models and systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and low latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring tools to track system health, performance, and accuracy.
- Deploy and manage AI services in cloud environments using Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, infrastructure teams, and data scientists to ship features efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate best practices into system design and implementation.
