JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Provide technical expertise for operations of the data center
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems
- Tests and evaluates hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility
- Keep informed of new technology and provides training, assists management, and develops services for property information systems
- Ability to learn multiple casino tracking programs, inclusive of but not limited to: CMS, SDS, AS400 and LMS
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Detailed Description Of Experience Or Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
