About the Role We’re looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
This role is for someone who thrives in ownership—not just checking tasks off a list, but building, improving, and managing systems that keep the business running smoothly as we scale.
You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Operations & Execution
- Own daily business operations across Shopify, 3PL, and internal systems
- Ensure all products, inventory, and backend systems are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage timelines, launches, and cross-functional execution
Inventory & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse to manage shipments, inventory, and accuracy
- Create and maintain organized inventory spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Monitor stock levels and flag risks proactively
Shopify & Product Management
- Manage product listings, collections, and merchandising across Shopify and sales channels
- Maintain product data (SKUs, barcodes, descriptions, images)
- Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with product launches and promotions and activate launches and sales.

Customer Experience Oversight
- Oversee customer support via Gorgias to ensure timely, high-quality responses
- Improve systems, templates, and workflows to reduce manual work
- Step in when needed to support the team
Systems & SOPs
- Build, document, and improve SOPs in Notion and Google Drive
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement better systems
- Help transition the business into a more structured, scalable operation

- Inventory and product data are consistently accurate
- SOPs and systems are clearly documented and followed

About You
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Strong problem-solver who can figure things out independently
- Systems-minded—you naturally think in processes and optimization
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritize effectively
- Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify required)
- Experience working with 3PLs and inventory systems
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Gorgias, Loop Returns, Klaviyo
- Strong communication and follow-through
