About the role

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Compensation: Base + Performance Incentives
1. Purpose of Role
  • Build and systemize our affiliate/influencer channel
  • Turn existing affiliates into consistent revenue producers
  • Increase affiliate-driven revenue through structure, training, and accountability

2. Core Responsibilities
Affiliate Growth & Activation
  • Segment affiliates (inactive, mid, top performers)
  • Create onboarding + training systems
  • Drive consistent affiliate activity and output

Influencer & Partner Relations
  • Maintain strong communication with affiliates
  • Build long-term relationships and retention
  • Keep partners engaged and aligned

Client Success Alignment
  • Ensure affiliates have visibility on client pipeline/status
  • Bridge communication between Sales, CSM, and affiliates
  • Improve client quality and conversion rates

Gamification & Engagement
  • Implement leaderboards, incentives, challenges
  • Create competitive environment to drive production

Revenue Optimization
  • Track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Double down on top affiliates
  • Improve overall affiliate channel contribution to revenue

3. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong systems thinker (builder, not just operator)
  • Experience with affiliates, influencers, or partnerships
  • Background in client success / retention is a plus
  • Clear communicator across teams
  • Execution-focused and proactive

Preferred:
  • Familiar with Alex Hormozi frameworks (value, volume, systems)
  • Experience in high-ticket/service-based businesses
  • CRM + Slack/GHL familiarity

4. Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Increase in affiliate-generated revenue (MoM)
  • % of active affiliates vs inactive
  • Affiliate engagement (calls, campaigns, outputs)
  • Conversion rate / client quality from affiliates
  • Retention and growth of top affiliates

5. Compensation Structure
  • Base salary (TBD)
  • Performance incentives tied to:
  • Affiliate revenue generated
  • Activation of dormant affiliates
  • Growth of top-performing partners
