**Role Description **

As Partnership Development Manager, you will be in direct contact with space owners/operators deploying commercial massage chairs nationwide, starting in California. Some of the use cases/venues include co-working, hotels, student housing, and shopping malls.

As Partnership Development Manager, your key responsibilities are:

- Partnership development with co-working, hotel, student housing, and shopping mall operators

- Develop long term relationships with Space operators

- Work with the Operations team on ensuring successful deployment

- Work with the Operations team to monitor usage and make adjustments if necessary

**Qualifications **

- Hard working and have a “builder” mentality

- Willing to hit the road (to maximize chance of success) to visit potential partner leads

- At least 2 years of business development and/or sales representative experience

- Excellent Communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building

- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Access to the co-working, hotel, student housing, and/or shopping mall sectors is a preferred
