**Summary of Role **

HUB International is seeking a VP of Marketing, HUB Digital, to serve as the operational engine of the HUB Digital Marketing COE — a center of excellence built across four digitally native insurance businesses (VIU by HUB, Insureon, Squaremouth, and CM&F Group) collectively projecting $180M in 2026 revenue.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of HUB International, this role is accountable for driving cross-portfolio digital marketing performance through structured knowledge transfer and shared best practices; establishing consistent performance visibility across all four businesses; and connecting HUB Digital to the broader Marketing COE — collaborating with the Head of Brand and Head of Communications on brand architecture and internal and external narrative.

- Design and run the COE operating rhythm — cross-portfolio forums, knowledge transfer sessions, and shared working cadences that the four business marketing teams actually show up to and benefit from

- Assess marketing capabilities across VIU by HUB, Insureon, Squaremouth, and CM&F Group using the established capability map, and maintain a living view of where each business leads and where gaps exist

- Identify the highest-value transfer opportunities —and build the playbooks, sessions, and accountability structures that move those capabilities to the businesses that need them

- Ensure knowledge transfer produces measurable lift, not just learning — every session should have a before and an after

**2. Digital Marketing Performance and Governance **

- Establish consistent performance definitions and reporting across all four businesses — ROAS, CPL, CVR, and other core metrics — so leadership has a single view of how the portfolio is performing

- Manage and hold agency partners accountable across paid search, programmatic, paid social, SEO, content, and digital PR, ensuring performance against agreed benchmarks

- Lead test-and-learn programs with disciplined measurement, documenting results in formats that allow other businesses to adopt what works

- Bring AI fluency to marketing execution — AEO and GEO content strategy, AI-assisted production, performance analysis — and help each business advance its own AI marketing capability

**3. Brand Architecture and Communications — COE Connector **

- Serve as the Digital COE's primary connection point to the Head of Brand and Head of Communications, ensuring HUB Digital's needs and priorities are represented in enterprise brand and communications work

- Bring the four businesses' marketing context into brand architecture conversations — what each brand stands for, where there is a throughline, and where differentiation must be preserved

- Collaborate with the Head of Communications on the internal narrative for HUB Digital, ensuring enterprise leadership, the field, and internal stakeholders understand what the Digital Division is building and what is not changing

- Collaborate with Head of Communications and brand leaders on PR strategy

- Flag brand and communications gaps or misalignments as they surface across the portfolio and route them to the right COE owners — brand to the Head of Brand, comms to the Head of Communications — with the context needed to act

**4. Executive Reporting and EMT Connectivity **

- Deliver monthly marketing performance synthesis to the CMO and Digital EMT, connecting channel-level data to business outcomes and COE progress

- Represent the Marketing COE in EMT discussions, surfacing what the portfolio is learning and what decisions are needed

- Track competitor marketing activity across the digital insurance landscape and bring forward relevant signals, threats, and opportunities

**Ideal Candidate Profile **

- 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with a proven track record of hitting performance targets across paid search, programmatic, paid social, and display — this is someone who has run campaigns, not just supervised them

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a pipeline-focused role responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill positions across all lines of business within the insurance industry. This role operates as a strategic pipeline investment, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and build bench strength in critical talent segments.

Position Overview

HUB is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Solutions & Automation Delivery, to lead end-to-end delivery of HUB's highest-impact enterprise AI Skills and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs. This role bridges product ownership, program management, and delivery leadership across two adjacent portfolios that have historically not had a unified delivery function. The Senior Manager works directly with COOs, the CTO, the Head of AI & Automation, and regional operations leadership to translate business priorities into shippable AI and automation outcomes, and to establish the standards, stage gates, and governance that allow these programs to scale safely.

The Senior Manager partners with the Principal AI Product Owner on the AI Skills SDLC pipeline and with the Director of RPA & Automation Operations on RPA program delivery, taking ownership of cross-portfolio initiatives once they move from build into stage-gated rollout. The role is responsible for converting executive sponsorship into measurable progress across the AI and automation program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

AI Skills Product Ownership and Delivery

- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for assigned enterprise AI Skills, including those selected for cross-business-unit scaling and those originating from internal innovation programs.

- Establish and maintain MVP validation criteria, stage gates, accuracy baselines, and rollout-readiness thresholds for each skill.

- Run weekly cadence reporting to executive sponsors, including operating-region COOs, Heads of Operations, the CTO, and the Head of AI & Automation, covering accuracy trends, tester expansion, account coverage, and known issues.

- Drive iteration cycles with engineering, prompt builders, and the Principal AI Product Owner to land version increments and a continuous-update cadence.

Methodology, Standards, and Governance

- Define and document intake, stage gate, and validation methodology that applies across both AI Skills and RPA programs.

- Author executive-grade artifacts including investment briefs, scaling plans, and architecture readiness reviews.

- Maintain the working library of operating standards that the Head of AI & Automation, the Principal AI Product Owner, and the Director of RPA reference when onboarding new initiatives.

- Partner with Legal, InfoSec, Data Protection, and SDLC compliance to ensure all delivery work moves through HUB's governance framework.

Stakeholder and Executive Communication

- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for executive sponsors on assigned initiatives.

- Translate technical progress and risk into business language for COOs, regional operations leaders, and the CEO when escalations or strategic milestones are warranted.

- Represent AI & Automation in operations leadership forums where assigned programs are reviewed.

**Required Qualifications**

- Six or more years of combined experience across product management, program management, technical delivery, or solutions consulting, with at least three years in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.

- Demonstrated ownership of multi-stakeholder delivery programs that include both software product work and process automation work.

- Working knowledge of generative AI applications, prompt engineering concepts, and AI product validation, sufficient to drive accuracy and quality conversations with engineering and business stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of robotic process automation, including UiPath, intake processes, dispatcher and performer architectures, and production bot operations.

The Automation Product Analyst is the connective tissue between the business stakeholders who originate demand and the engineering team that delivers it. Key Responsibilities

**Intake and Opportunity Qualification **

- Partner with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and demand intake partners to identify, qualify, and scope new automation opportunities

- Document use cases, process flows, and requirements in a structured format that supports downstream technical design and delivery

- Maintain the portfolio inventory, classifying automations by health, value delivered, and retirement candidacy

- Surface patterns across the portfolio to identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, and retirement of low-value automations

**Stakeholder Partnership and Governance **

- Serve as the primary day-to-day business-facing liaison for the RPA & Automation team, building durable relationships with operational and regional leaders

- Partner with the demand intake function to provide early technical guidance on incoming requests and help shape investment theses

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or a similar analytical and stakeholder-facing role

**Cross-Sell Data Analyst **

Key Responsibilities

**Automation Development **

- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade automations, primarily on UiPath, across HUB business lines and regional operations

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with UiPath as the primary platform

**Job Responsibilities**

- Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make appropriate recommendations to clients.

- Acquires understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that all service needs are met.

The Senior HR Tech Analyst will play a vital role in supporting HUB’s HCM business processes by leveraging their expertise in Workday and related HR technologies. **REQUIREMENTS **

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of executive assistant or similar experience supporting executives at a similar level in organizations of similar size / scale.

- Professional judgment to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities and seek optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

- Professional maturity appropriate for maintaining confidentiality.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven success in driving results and collaborating with others.

- Experience with travel booking and expense management software.

Executive Assistant

Responsible for providing a variety of operational accounting tasks and business analytics in the operations department. Must be able to accurately compute, report and verify numerical data in a professional and knowledgeable manner; ensuring adherence to company policies and general accounting principles.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

- Perform and report comparative periodic budget to actual variance analysis for specified branches and/or region.

- Perform producer payable audits, resolve errors, prepare and distribute monthly reports to specified payees.

- Prepare and analyze periodic and adhoc business management reports per management specifications.

- Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

- Perform recommended business management systems audits.

- Monitor premium finance agreement submission process to ensure timely funding.

- Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and with management.

- Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions.

- Assists Accounting Department personnel as needed.

- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.

- Other related duties as required or assigned, which depending on the organizational structure of a regional Finance Department, may have some limited team lead responsibilities as it relates to accounting principles, procedures and reconciliation problems.

- Understanding of agency operations, agency management experience desirable and prior experience in business administration.

- Understanding of agency workflow procedures and software, underwriting, sales and service processes.

- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic: team player.

**Education Requirements**

College degree in accounting or finance; at least 3 – 5 years in accounting or financial analysis roles.
