**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Business Development. The Vice President will be responsible for spearheading new business development initiatives, creating and implementing business plans, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also entails managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing the sales strategy to meet revenue and organizational goals.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning

- Proven skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales strategy execution

- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in management consulting or related fields is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
