The ideal candidate is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona with a strong command of commercial transactions, entity formation, and contract law. Working remotely, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business clients across industries — delivering practical, results-driven counsel from wherever you work best.

**Responsibilities: **

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership documents.

• Advise on entity formation, corporate governance, and business structuring (LLC, Corp, partnerships).

• Ensure compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes and federal regulations.

• Manage M&A due diligence, asset purchase agreements, and transactional closings using virtual collaboration tools.
