**About the Company **

Our client is a leading food & beverage manufacturing company known for its commitment to quality, innovation, operational excellence, and food safety. With a strong market presence and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across production, safety, quality, and team leadership.

**Position Overview **

The Plant Manager will oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations within the facility, ensuring efficient production, compliance with food safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, people management skills, and a proven background in food & beverage manufacturing environments.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and sanitation

- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-control initiatives

- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and company safety standards

- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize plant performance

- Manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing plant teams

- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to improve output, quality, and profitability

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including supply chain, engineering, HR, and quality assurance

- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and capital improvement projects

- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and operational excellence

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field preferred

- Minimum 10 years of experience in food & beverage manufacturing operations

- Proven leadership experience in a Plant Manager or senior operations role

- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations

- Demonstrated success managing large teams and high-volume production facilities

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
