About the role

Role Overview
Forum Health is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution for new growth initiatives across our healthcare ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on digital-first growth, social media strategy, and performance-driven marketing systems. This role requires a leader who can scale digital channels, drive measurable acquisition outcomes, and effectively manage agency partners to deliver high-impact results.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who combines brand storytelling with performance marketing rigor, and has demonstrated success growing social audiences, digital funnels, and conversion-driven campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
This role requires demonstrated experience building or scaling women’s brands (healthcare, lifestyle, beauty/cosmetics, community-driven consumer brands, or adjacent categories), and hands-on comfort owning performance outcomes across campaigns, funnels, and offers.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy & Ownership
  • Own annual and quarterly digital and social growth strategy, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all online channels
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging frameworks optimized for digital performance and social engagement
  • Develop integrated go-to-market plans across paid social, organic social, content, partnerships, and conversion funnels

2) Performance Marketing & Conversion Systems
  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness → engagement → conversion → retention), with a focus on direct response and measurable ROI
  • Own and improve key performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Build and optimize digital funnels, including landing pages, quizzes, webinars, email/SMS nurture flows, and retargeting strategies
  • Lead paid social strategy across platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.), optimizing for scalable acquisition and engagement

3) Social Media & Digital Brand Growth
  • Develop and scale organic and paid social media strategies that drive community engagement, brand awareness, and conversion
  • Translate audience insights into content strategies, messaging angles, and social campaigns that resonate and perform
  • Build community-driven growth loops (content series, ambassador programs, referral systems) that support long-term engagement

4) Messaging, Positioning & Offer Development
  • Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant messaging optimized for digital consumption and conversion
  • Test and iterate on messaging, creative, and offers across digital channels to improve performance
  • Oversee development of high-performing direct response assets (ads, landing pages, email flows, webinars, etc.)

5) Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead and manage external marketing agencies and vendors, including briefing, performance management, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Hold agency partners accountable to KPIs, performance benchmarks, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, clinical, web/CRO, lifecycle marketing) to execute integrated campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing efforts maintain brand integrity and regulatory compliance

6) Planning, Experimentation & Reporting
  • Establish testing frameworks and growth experimentation roadmaps across digital channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Drive continuous optimization through structured testing, learning agendas, and iteration cycles

Success Metrics
  • Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Digital channel growth (social engagement, audience expansion)
  • Revenue and downstream revenue impact
  • Cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Funnel performance and engagement metrics
  • Speed of experimentation, optimization, and scalable growth execution

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Administration, Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent experience in lifecycle/CRM, customer engagement, retention, or marketing operations.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of strategy for a product/service line, brand, or growth portfolio.
  • Proven launch experience (new offerings, new markets, or new service lines).
  • Experience owning marketing initiatives tied to measurable outcomes; strong competency in experimentation, funnel strategy, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of audience psychology, messaging, positioning, and offer development.
  • Experience leading agencies and cross-functional execution; excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
  • Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with women’s brands (healthcare, lifestyle, beauty/cosmetics, community-driven consumer brands, or adjacent categories).

Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with direct response marketing systems (funnels, quizzes/assessments, educational events like webinars/masterclasses) and the ability to turn them into evergreen campaigns through testing and optimization.
  • Familiarity with direct response frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or women’s health marketing; healthcare regulation exposure strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM marketing and retention/reactivation programs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 . Annual base salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensures. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations
