Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify manufacturing applications that are strong candidates for automation
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop value-driven automation solutions
Lead technical and consultative sales processes from initial customer engagement through project award
Support customers in evaluating ROI, throughput improvements, and operational efficiencies
Manage complex capital equipment (CapEx) sales opportunities and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Represent EIS Automation at customer sites, industry events, and technical discussions
Support the development of long-term customer partnerships through responsive communication and strategic problem solving
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
(equivalent technical sales experience will also be considered)
Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, robotics, or related technical sales environments
Experience with capital equipment (CapEx) sales preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex technical discussions
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
