Automation Sales EngineerEIS Automation is expanding our commercial team and seeking an experienced Automation Sales Engineer to help manufacturers implement advanced modular automation solutions. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Identify manufacturing applications that are strong candidates for automation

- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop value-driven automation solutions

- Lead technical and consultative sales processes from initial customer engagement through project award

- Support customers in evaluating ROI, throughput improvements, and operational efficiencies

- Manage complex capital equipment (CapEx) sales opportunities and multi-stakeholder decision processes

- Represent EIS Automation at customer sites, industry events, and technical discussions

- Support the development of long-term customer partnerships through responsive communication and strategic problem solving

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

-  (equivalent technical sales experience will also be considered)

- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, robotics, or related technical sales environments

- Experience with capital equipment (CapEx) sales preferred

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex technical discussions

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
