Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Regional Sales Director. The role involves leading and managing sales strategies, driving regional business growth, and optimizing sales operations. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, supporting customer service initiatives, overseeing and guiding sales teams, and identifying new business development opportunities to expand market reach.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven skills in Customer Service to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead sales teams effectively.
  • Proficient expertise in Business Development to identify market opportunities and create growth strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to drive success across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
