Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of B2B Sales & Strategy. The Director will be responsible for leading and implementing sales and business strategies to expand the company's B2B operations. This includes managing sales teams, creating performance metrics, identifying business opportunities, streamlining sales processes, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop actionable plans for achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable business growth. Qualifications
Strong experience in Business Planning and strategy development to identify new opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, customer relationship management, and closing deals.
Background in Management Consulting or similar experience in diagnosing business challenges and implementing solutions.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently within a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability and productivity.
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategy-focused role.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
