About the role
One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI.
Pay Rate: $95k-$110k

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Support new product launches, process validations, and equipment implementation
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Monitor process performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with automation and production equipment
- Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing systems
